Position: Assistant Service Manager
TXM Healthcare is looking for an assistant service manager to join the team at Reading Walk In Centre to help continue to change things for the better. Working closely with their Service Manager you’ll manage day to day operations within the practice, be the primary external communications contact and will be responsible for the production of performance and quality standards within the practice.
Delivering high service standards and sharing best practice, you will actively be improving the way they work. This is an opportunity to put your good knowledge and experience gained in Primary Care to a great use. You will be experienced and knowledgeable in using clinical systems and with strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
