Due to our team successes, we are expanding our Northern Ireland division and are seeking a trainee Recruitment Consultant to bolster the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Train to become a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Resourcing of new candidates via Linked In, job boards and headhunting and attending conferences
Training to ensure all contractors and candidates are registered to the Company compliance standards and legal requirements ( training will be given)
Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and email
Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all documentation and administration
Ensuring all procedures are in accordance with the Company Policies and Quality Management System Control
Adhere to all Company rules, industry codes and current legislation
Training and understanding of National Frameworks, Master Vendor portals, mutual vendor systems
Understanding NHS and Private clients needs and requirements
Attend training sessions and refreshers as required by the Company
