Our Out-of-Hours Policy and procedure will be confirmed as part of the implementation and on-boarding process with the Trusts, to make sure any particular contact or reporting requirements are incorporated. Generally, our out-of-hours services run from 6pm-8am, covering all hours outside our standard hours of business. This service delivers telephone (to be answered within 10 seconds) and e-mail support which has a KPI response time of no later than 30 minutes, although we aim to respond immediately to calls and emails.
Based on the on-call rota our staff have remote access to our CRM and information systems together with the list of client Authorised Officers or department hiring managers to confirm bookings electronically or by fax/text as specified in the contract. Remote access to our CRM enables us to rapidly identify suitably qualified and available candidates for any client requirement out of hours, including urgent, short-notice and niche specialist requirements. This enables the TXM Healthcare team to deliver a full compliant 24/7 service without needing to be on site in our offices.
Our out-of-hours services complement our client and candidate management arrangements which include assigned account managers and direct mobile phone and email access to our team.
