Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist
Location: Blackburn
Position: Locum
TXM Healthcare are currently seeking Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist to work in a Hospital based in Blackburn.
Length & Details: ASAP – 30th June. 37.5 hours per week. Community rehab role. Job plan includes facilitating discharges from hospital, condition management, falls assessments, activity of daily living assessments, interventions and reviews. Weekend working may be required.
Rate of Pay: Competitive.
